"I worked with them for years, honestly had an amazing experience in previous years. This year they told me over instagram that they had a limited deal, 6 months of unlimited photo edits and culling. I said amazing lets do it, I am now being sent a bill for $500usd for weddings that took 2 months to return with 3 months of weddings still not returned and them saying I never was given unlimited edits. I am now months behind on my weddings with them refusing to finish the galleries I have sent them unless I pay them more money for weddings that should have unlimited edits. The part that makes me the most mad is it took them months to send over just a few galleries, and I am now trying to play catch up on all my clients galleries. You hire an editing company to save you time and they have wasted my time and stole my money apparently as they refuse to edit any of my galleries. Before this bill was even sent I would email them once a week to check in as its supposed to be a 5 day turn around. They would tell me they're coming soon. And then take 1-2 months to finish one gallery."
